En suivant le voyage du goût depuis la semence jusqu’à l’assiette.
Animé par Antoine de Lombardon, l’avocat cuisinier, formé par l'Atelier des Chefs, partons à la découverte des semences (et de leur droit) dans les jardins du Prieuré, récoltons des légumes et apprenons des techniques de cuisine simple - mais qui change tout dans l’assiette – en vue d’un déjeuner conçu avec (mais pas uniquement) les produits récoltés.
